U.S. Shipping
Domestic orders are all shipped via whichever the cheapest courier available.
For orders that are NOT body care, allow 5 business days after orders are placed for order processing.
Bodycare items are made to order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. After leaving our facility, transit time depends on the shipment method selected at checkout (and may be subject to shipping delays).
Once a package is in the hands of the courier we are not able to amend delivery address errors. Please note that any delivery delays after shipment from our warehouse are beyond our control. However, we are always happy to work with you if any issues arise, email us at support@wilondaprevilon.com.
International Shipping
We offer International shipping to select countries outside the U.S. If you do not see your country listed and are curious whether we ship there, please email us at support@wilondaprevilon.com. The more inquiries we have from that region, the more awareness of where our customers would like us to open shipments.
Return Policy
If you want to make changes or cancel your order, send a message via the chat option on the website with your order number and request, or email support@wilondaprevilon.com. There is only a very small window of time where we can catch an order before it is shipped, so we ask you to contact us within 24 hours of order placement to make any changes. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to process an order cancellation or make any desired changes to an order after an order has been placed.

We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged goods for apparels only within 48 hours of delivery.
Due to the nature of these products; we do not accept returns nor exchanges on body care products or liquid lipsticks for any reason.
